Registration is now CLOSED for this event and all campsites are full, but you are welcome to join us for the day or find other accommodations nearby.

We will be heading to Elk Flats Campground in Pine, Idaho (about 2 hours from Boise), Thursday evening, July 25th through Sunday, July 28th for a time of relaxation and fun together. You are welcome to come for the full weekend, part, or even join us for just a day.  There are tent and RV spots available at the group site we’ve reserved or, if you’d rather not camp, you may choose to find your own accommodations at Pine Resort & Motel, Hayhurst Bed & Breakfast, Trinity Hot Springs, or other nearby vacation rentals. 

We will no longer be hosting a group meal, as the logistics for grilling and keeping that much meat cold seemed unfeasible. All meals will be on your own, with the option of bringing your food to eat with others at the group shelter.  We would especially like to encourage everyone to gather together to eat at the group shelter in the evenings, with a worship night to follow on Saturday.

For those camping in one of our reserved sites at Elk Flats Campground, we ask that you contribute $25 per couple or family and $15 per single to cover the cost of the campground. You can Venmo @TableRockChurch or drop an envelope with your name, marked "Camping Trip," in the tithe box with your cash or check.  We also have scholarships available for those who are unable to pay but would still like to join us, so please let us know on your registration form if that is needed. 

For planning purposes, all attendees (whether you are coming for the full weekend, part, or just a day) must register by Sunday, July 21st.
