Pray
Prayer of Confession: This passage again asks us to consider if we have grieved God by working against the unity of the one-man he is building his people into in Christ Jesus. Are there aspects of your old, sinful life that you need to put off and, in Jesus, put on a more unifying attitude and loving disposition towards your brothers and sisters in Christ? Take a moment to confess any of these areas to God.

“May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.” (Romans 15:5–6 ESV)
